911Tuning X-Design 3 Inch Sport Exhaust Porsche 997TT 07-09

911Turning are proud to offer this hand crafted muffler exhaust system for the 997TT. Countless hourse were spent developing a unique muffler sound by testing various muffler cores along with muffler packing materials. Each muffler is made from scratch in house along with the X design cross over.

911Tuning do not use any over the counter pre-made components. Stainless steel V bands and .5" thick custom CNC machined flanges are welded to catalytic converters. This system is offered catless for the spirited driver, however 100,200,or 300 cell imported stainless steel catalytic converters can be included. The system is TIG welded and ported inside for maximum flow.

During the final stage of production, everything is hand polished to mirror finish. A 3", 2.75", or 2.5" OD tubing is available. The complete 3" exhaust weighs only 28 lbs. with 100 cell cats. X design exhausts have been tested to over 1000hp.
