Albins 1st to 6th Gear Synchromesh Gear Set Nissan GTR R35 09-12

Albins has designd a 1st to 6th gear synchromesh gear set and gear ground gears for quiet performance for the Nissan GTR R35. These gear synchromesh have 40% more tooth width and contact area than standard gears. They have increased shaft thickness eliminating shaft deflection. The gear "ground" tooth profile rather than "cut" offers tooth profile perfection. Robotic CMM scanned tooth profiles deliver perfect gear mesh with zero gear noise increase. These gear synchromesh are manufactured to ISO 9001/2008 quality standards and made out of billet high alloy proprietary grade steel.
