The heart of our 1.8T turbo upgrade kit is the higher output K04 turbo, manufactured by BorgWarner Turbo Systems, the original equipment supplier to Audi and VW. NEUSPEED includes a high performance P-Chip that raises boost pressure and remaps the ignition timing and air/fuel ratio functions. The rev-limiter and top speed governor are also raised. Also included are Denso Iridium spark plugs, a new fuel pressure regulator and all required gaskets and hardware.

240hp (flywheel) based on our 2000 GTi 1.8T test vehicle using the K04 kit, P-Flo intake, and NEUSPEED exhaust. Note: this item is not legal for use in the State of California and does not carry an ARB exemption number. Check your States vehicle emissions laws before installing.
