Perrin Blow Off Valve Recirculating Universal

Inefficient factory blow off valves (BOV) can hinder boost response during shifts and can damage your expensive turbocharger. PERRIN offers several choices for owners to choose the best solution to the problem. For clients that demand proper air fuel ratios and idle quality we offer a fully recirculated BOV. Like the stock BOV, the PERRIN recirc BOV keeps the vented air in the intake system to keep the ECU happy and running smooth.

BOVs that vent to atmosphere can run rich between shifts causing backfires, can cause idle issues, and part throttle drivability on cars that have MAF sensors. This is due to metered air, the ECU thinks is being ingested by the engine, being expelled to the atmosphere. The internal design allows the user to change the volume of recirculated air, spring tension and sound. It also incorporates an industry leading boost chamber that does not place pressure on the piston surface that would otherwise force it to open prematurely. It will only release pressure when shifting. This condition is common with competitors, leading to serious tuning issues and reduced power.

Capable of handling more than 190 psi, there simply is not a boosted engine that this BOV cant handle.
