RD Sport Race Tubular Exhaust Headers BMW M3 E92 08+

There is a select group of enthusiasts who expect to have the very best that money can buy. These customers are uncompromising when it comes to quality, unwilling to accept secon best, as for them only the very top performance is worth paying for.

The Racing Dynamics Race Tubular Exhaust Manifolds were designed for this type of customer in mind. The technology is the same employed on Formula One motors, where each primary is designed to match exactly in length, painstakingly built by hand, one by one, and then attached to a hand-made 2-1 merge collector that is a piece of art in itself.

Each component is made out of 304 stainless steel, TIG welded section by section, and each weld is painstakingly back-purged to avoid long-term fatigue stress cracks. Upon special request, the RTEMs can also be manufactured out of Inconel or titanium, although we do not recommend the latter on street applications.

The RTEMs are standard issue on our RS46 motor, and are available in select numbers for customers with standard motors. As each unit is built by hand, it takes approximately 4-5 weeks to build and ship from the time you decide to acquire a set.

Further performance gains will be achieved when paired with our Engine Management Software and other S65 exhaust components.
