RD Sport X-Flow Sport Downpipe w/Catalytic Converters and Resonators BMW M3 E92 08+

The stainless X-Flow downpipe maintains superb exhaust flow by eliminating the secondary cats while maintaining the flow characteristics that an X-pipe provides. The included resonators help maintain exhaust volume by reducing unwanted noise.

The scavenging effect generated by our X-Flow downpipe gives noticeable improvements in torque in the 3500-4500 RPM range.

The X-Flow is positioned at a specific distance from the exhaust valves so that pulse from one group of cylinders will create a vacuum in the adjacent pipe, thus increasing the scavenging effect that delivers a a more robust torque at a predetermined RPM range.

Metal Matrix Sport Catalytic Converters units feature a 100 cell/cm2 metal substrate that is extremely efficient and reduces the emissions to below 1999/94/EG standards.

These Sport Catalytic Converters use 2 hi-flow Metal Matrix substrates that feature the 100cpi density for maximum flow and performance. Further performance gains will be seen when paired with our Engine Management Software and other S65 exhaust components.
