What good is more horsepower if it isn???t transferred to the ground? Many stock clutches simply will not last under harsh driving conditions or continual hard launches. When a car is making more horsepower than stock the factory clutch is under even more strain. Applications: Street, Drag, Pulling, Autocross. Features segmented or full faced pure Kevlar disc with steel backing. This lining features excellent drivability like the stage 1, but offers slightly longer life and higher torque capacity. The hub is double sprung with spring cover relieves for flexibility and heat treated components for strength and durability. Best for street, drag, pulling and autocross.

These clutch kits are designed for use with SPEC flywheels or any aftermarket LS1/6 single mass flywheel. These kits increase friction surface diameter to 12inches while reducing rotating mass by up to 36%. The SC57 flywheels are for use with non-stock clutch designs. For a flywheel to be used with the OE style clutch, use pn SC66A-2 or SC66S-2. The package includes race bolt kit,pilot bearing and alignment tool. This applicaiton does not utilize a conventional throwout bearing, as the releaser is a concentric hydraulic slave/bearing assembly. This concentric slave is available as an option to the kit.
