TiAL Alpha28 Turbocharger Upgrade Porsche 996 Turbo 01-05

After years of development and testing, TiAL released their GT series bolt-on upgrades for the Porsche 996 Twin Turbo. Starting with a Garrett based core, TiAL used their lightweight custom stainless steel exhaust housings to adapt to the Porsche factory exhaust manifolds. Custom CNC machined brackets also incorporate factory style waste gate actuators and adaptors for the oil lines to allow for easy adaption of the factory hardware.

The Alpha28 offerings are a great alternative to upgraded K24s. This turbocharger can be combined with a 5Bar Fuel Pressure regulator or 58lb injectors (not included) for great performance on a relatively stock setup (with tuning). They are offered with a standard journal bearing cartridge, as well as an upgraded ball bearing application for those looking for quicker spool and increased reliability.

This kit includes 2 turbochargers and everything you need to bolt-on and adapt them to the factory Porsche exhaust manifolds and hardware. This package includes only the turbo chargers, additional fuel and supporting modifications will be required.

All told, this setup is capable of power numbers in excess of 800+ HP to the wheels.
